• We accept cash (Ringgit), local cheques or cash deposit (send and keep transaction slip for proof). For cheques, please make it payable to

• Seng Chye Photography reserves the right to feature all photographs and visuals designed for our clients in our own promotional materials .
• Prices and contacts are subject to change without any notification.
• The dyes used on prints may change in time. Therefore Seng Chye Photography will not be responsible for any change of color.
• All photos and date's by Seng Chye Photography are color managed media. Seng Chye Photography will not be responsible on any
  self-reproduction copy by the client .
• We require a 40% non refundable deposit (retainer) of the chosen package upon confirmation of a job(s), and the final payment of (60%)
  will be made 7 days before wedding / event.
• Any cancellation after a job have been confirmed, deposits are not refundable. The package can be postponed or transferred within a year's time.
• Every care will be taken seriously with all films, digital photos, and data's. However, in case of any accident, damage or loss, our liability will be
  limited to pay back the approximate equivalence amount of the package.
• Confirmation of jobs must be confirmed at least 2 months in advance, to reserve the date of your event to be photograph. This is to avoid
  cross booking. 2nd Confirmation shall be confirm, 7 days before event.
• All information given to me/us in all types of application is true, accurate and complete.
• Service available within Malaysia, travel charges & accommodation applied outside of Klang Valley.
